A very cool side note to pass along from a tipster this morning – the Sacramento Kings will be getting some major love in the annual NBA 2K video game as the 2002 squad will be an unlockable team WITH a pre-order code. Also the 1990-1991 Warriors w/ Chris Mullin & Tim Hardaway.

I see a message that says "Get Two Classic Teams When You Pre-Order NBA 2K12 Now!". If you google Nba 2k12 it is under the facebook link but if you click the link it doesn't mention the actual teams or any offers. I did hear about those two teams being offered from posts on OS but no one with actual links so I think it is going to happen and the word is spreading 2K is just giving out bait until the official announcement IMO.

Allen Iverson is a house hold name, one of the most talented scorers ever, and one of the most exciting players ever. He single handedly took his team to the NBA finals.... so yes. He is FAR better than the 2002 Kings and 1990 Warriors.
