So in the interview the guy asked if his guess of August 28th would be the patch date to drop and the ben said he would love if that would happen but he cant confirm anything. So it sounds like the patch wont come out this week or even next week. Maybe the last day of august I would hope.

All he said in the interview was:

Lots of EA guys are working on NCAA 13 already

They don't have a patch date yet

Things that weren't announced in the patch blog were added into the patch and will announced soon

and

Some guys let little things ruin their experience, to each their own

He didnt confirm or deny that, he just said part of the problem is working with Sony and MS on this stuff, not sure what that means...

Well Ben, thanks to your "holier than thou" comments, you have just lost a HUGE chunk of your fan base. I hope you suffer the same fate as Ian did this year with Madden. We need to get guys who are geeky enough to handle the ability to design a videogame, and guys who have actually STEPPED on the field and played (and im not talking about band instruments, or flag twirlers) to create these games. Maybe THEN we could get some serious football games.

They were talking about the passionate fan base, and how it is a blessing and a curse.

The host said something about "Ben sometimes people can just be mean." or something like that

Ben started talking about people and complains and he said that line, word for word.

Later on in the interview he DID acknowledge that the transfer failed glitch and CPB bugs are huge and he wishes they had caught it bfore the release, so I give him credit there, he seemed sincere about regretting those bugs.

I was really unimpressed by the interview. If anything it gave more insight to why they have some many bugs. Passing the buck and complaining about the people who buy the game. I wont be purchasing madden until they have put the patchs in it. Why you have peeps workin on ncaa 13 when ncaa 12 needs work still. That Ben dude needs to issue an applogy for reacting like that towards NCAA Football 12 base.

He said he really couldn't tell us when the patch would be out. The closest he could say is between "Tomorrow and Christmas". Awesome.

Also, the fact that he has no idea when it will be out means they haven't even sent it to Sony yet. Meaning, it will be AT LEAST another 2-3 weeks.

Guys, I have been telling you that it's not going to come out in August, go back a few pages and read my "breakdown" of Dewiels tweet.

When a company puts out a release and uses words like "currently on schedule" that generally means that they are working on it, it is not complete and they are on schedule at that moment in time. IF and a big IF they added more 'features' to the patch, then I would not doubt that it would be pushed back.

Now with that said, in all reality, they probably have no idea how to fix some things without breaking something else and are afraid of the backlash if a patch comes out and there are still major 'gamebreaking' glitches.

As for Ben and his comments towards us, well ** ** * *** ******* *** * ****** ******** **** ****** ***** ** ***** *****.
