    Editing a player's face?

So I've looked alllll over different forums and even EA's forum for an answer to this and I still have no idea.

Outside of teambuilder, because I keep my PS3 offline outside of hooking it up online for patches (I have the PS3 without wifi), is there anyway to access ALL of the created player/edit a player faces?

I know that different weight classes have access to a different amount of faces. Like if a player with light skin tone is under 196lbs there's only 7 and a player between 196-216.. Has a different number a faces.

My problem is that there seems to be no consistency whatsoever. Sometimes I'll edit a QB that's 225lbs for example, and he'll have 20 choices for faces.. Then I'll edit a QB thats 218lbs and I'll only get 7 options. One time I was editing a player with dark skin tone and he had 55 options! I still haven't been able to recreate that. It seems almost random as to which players I'm able to fully edit (having all possible options for that weight class) and which just give me the default amount of faces (7 for light, 9 for dark)

It's not a pressing question really, I just hate having 11 clones out on the field and I like to give my team a bit of individuality.

One of the gripes I have towards NCAA the past few years. It is very random. You cant go over 215 for a QB, 210 for a RB, 188 for a CB, and 205 for a S without having a Lineman Head. I think it affects imports in Madden. Ive seen in the past importing players to SS mode and ending up with a Lineman head on a RB body

The QB I'm using now in RTG is 6'3 225 and his player portrait looks like he should be weighing at least 270. Then I had a QB with Navy that was like 6'0 198 and his head made him look like a kicker weighing 170lbs wet.

I was just curious about the amount of faces they give. 7 and 9 just seems like its not anywhere near enough and why sometimes I get more than others. Maybe I should tinker with the weight more, didn't know that positions affected it too.

I made my QB 6'3 215(highest you can have). I originally wanted to be 6'4 240 but didnt want to look like a OT. With Madden having different player models than NCAA, I am not sure it will have the same affect

Ability to adjust weight and height is supposedly in patch #2. That'll give you more options and control I would think.

They need to go back to the PS2 days where when you are editing a player he would have his helmet off on the appearance section so you could see what he looks like. It's just plain stupid how it is done on PS3/360

Yeah, I rather have that than current process. Than you would know what face you get. QB, DB, WR, RBs shouldnt be able to get Lineman heads.
I remember importing Cam Newton in Franchise and him having a Lineman head and a skinny body.
