interested to hear this as well-I know the Russian League was added to 11-were there others?

I would love to have Ukraine in-I'd like to play with Shakhtar Donetsk-I'll settle for Rubin Kazan if I must, but they and Dynamo Kiev are long overdue. They really need the whole league in though otherwise we'd never be able to get them into the Champions League...errr...ECC? or whatever the game calls it.
