AD Damon Evans said they wouldn't be wearing any alternate uni's for a while, then he got fired. UGA is wearing Pro Combats in the opener this year so I wouldn't be surprised if the black shirts make a comeback What I don't get is why Oregon has jerseys from 2009 in the game but other teams don't have correct alternates or even correct home/away jerseys

There was a lot criticism over the lack jerseys against Alabama in 2008 and later the black pants in 2009. Because some people seemed to think the uniforms are what caused the team to do so poorly in both of those games.

That said, I don't know of any press release that said they were completely scrapping the idea of black uniforms. I think Richt has said they would be in the cards for a while.

I was a bit upset when I booted the game up the first time and couldn't use them though. I used to always use the black uniforms during SEC CG and bowl games as a kind of reward at the end of the season.

I don't imagine we'll be seeing UGA's Pro Combats added in a title update, eh? Maybe make up for leaving out the blackout jerseys?

Possibly because UGA is getting new UNI's this year and a new black one has not been debuted for EA to base off of? Just a guess.

Georgia isn't getting new unis this season. The ones introduced were simply Pro Combat jerseys for the Boise St. game.

I remember seeing the black Georgia jerseys last night while playing my offline dynasty, but may be mistaken. On a side note, the Georgia Pro Combat jerseys look absolutely hideous... I'd be embarrassed to wear those...

I think their Pro Combats are personally alot better then most and they aren't that hideous. It's just a change, maybe a big one and the helmet striped good be slimmed down but I like it.

the fact that they have worn them in the past they should be an option anyways. Give us as many uniforms as you can unless there was some licensing issues why not add them?

Whats frustrating is that they have so many unis in the game (especially for a team like Oregon) and then they dont add something like this.
I think Nike loves Oregon so much that they got a billion unis in the game. Nike owns the SPARQ rating, you know, and obviously pumped some money into the game. just a random thought though....

Another odd point: they had all the pics of Auburn in those blue pants and white tops, and now zilch. What happened? I'm confused EA.

Like how MLB and MLB teams dictate what gets into 2k and The Show with what they include in the MLB Style Guide, EA is limited to what they can put into NCAA by the individual schools. If Georgia, Auburn and Florida didn't want their alts included in the game, there's nothing EA can do about it. If a school like Oregon wants to include every effin jersey they've ever worn, then you're gonna get all of them. This isn't just EA getting lazy or wanting to screw the consumer, it's the school's decisions. I'm sure UGA's decision to not have them included actually created more work for EA in the long-run because they had to remove the jerseys that were already included in last year's game.
