Fake NFL players in FA pool

Once again EA has fake NFL players in the FA pool. Found them in QB's, RB's and WR's. They even have a female QB this year...

They're probably contest winners, but this really takes away from the realism, at least they look out of place enough that they should be easy to find and lower to 12 OVR.

Still the fact that I'm going to need to do this with each roster update/new franchise is very annoying. They should just give each winner a personalized Madden game so the rest of us don't have to see them in a game.

Not a major complaint, just a little annoyed.

I noticed this as well. This year it appears to be quite a few players. If someone would list name position and overall for these guys it would be greatly appreciated. I think I'll just turn them all into punters.

Then it's no big deal. I just remember last year the QB wasn't bad, and would progress at times as a starter.

So these players are NOT available to be signed by the CPU in franchise mode? That would be a huge sigh of relief for me. I know I can just edit them down to 12 OVR, but it's one of those little things that breaks immersion for me.

This happened in an NHL game several years back. My memory's fuzzy on this, but if I recall correctly, it was an ailing young girl's wish through the Make-A-Wish Foundation to be included in the game. Not sure if that's the case in this situation.

Sadly, the Female QB, from Texas nonetheless, was rated higher than Demarcus Russel....So sad. I think i'm gonna go and drink some cough syrup.

Well, I imagine if you were to sign them to a team, they'd be in Franchise....but as it stands, they aren't in the FA pool in Franchise. It appears to be more of a "hey look, I'm in the game" than players who would have an actual effect on gameplay.

You might be an NFL bust if...

I'm glad that EA puts these players in, but I'm also glad they had the foresight to take them out of franchise mode...though I will miss that 5'8" running back Daniel Frisch. He was a lot of fun as a spell back.
