How do you sub your 3rd down back in?

I have the season pass, and am playing as the Giants.

They have Bradshaw, their starter/speedster, and then Jacobs the 3rd down/big back.

I curious, on how do would I be able to quickly sub Jacobs in if I have a 3rd and 1 for example, and then have Bradshaw come back after the next play.

The only way I know is to pause, and go to substitutions. That seems like a hassle, especially if I'm playing online, where pauses are limited to 5.

If anyone knows a better way, let me know.

Hit RB/R1. Highlight the RB, press A/X, and then select your player.

Thanks everyone. I'll try all these once I get home.

This. It's between Punter and QB.
