Gonna have to wait till the patch and possibly tune file to see IF this issue gets fixed but I'll believe it when I see it. The option didn't work in NCAA 11 either. Oddly enough most option plays worked pretty well in NCAA 10 (which most people hated) in coach mode.

I've tried Sydeburnz slider set but there are still the same problems running option offenses. It's not a slider issue, it's a game code issue.
