In the latest trailer you can see that there will be several modes in which you can become a manager, become a team owner, besides the become a player mode. About the player growth, there's no specific news yet.

Become a manager mode should be a fun one to play. I'm looking forward to it.

Manager mode looks fantastic.

One of the most pleasant surprises for PES 2011 was "Coach Mode" for Master League Online. I discovered it about a month ago and it is so much fun.

Yes, it is in PES 2011 and despite being simple it is awesome. I think this time in PES 2012, the mode will be deeper (than the cut scenes ala BAL) and will be far more enjoyable and rewarding.
