Just started working on BB NFL 12 roster. I'm using Madden 12 to calculate player ratings. I made ARI and ATL and just started testing, If testing goes well I will finish the roster. I have attached the player ratings if anyone would like to use them feel free.

I had the PS3 version, but will purchase the xbox 360 version for cheap so I can enjoy the improvements on this system.

BB Roster making tool
It's taking a long time to input player skin tones into spread sheet. I took the time to write a program with autoit that writes the roster by team for you. You put the team you want to edit into the BBteam.txt tab separated sort by POS same as in Finn's Backbreaker editor. Click the BbteamFILL.exe and it will write the team for you. You have to make sure you are scrolled to the top of the team on the editor before you click the .exe. Hope this gets more people making rosters for Backbreaker.
Included in the .zip should be my roster spreadsheet, BBteam.txt (do not rename the program uses this to write the team and only replace the player info not the first line), and BBteamFILL.exe the writer.
