It's not as bad as the past but still the cpu ball carriers break too many tackles and it's hard to get a front four pass rush. But sliders can fix that

i actually prefer all pro when playing head to head, all madden tends to allow for more psychic dbs and generally bad gameplay. have really enjoyed what i see out of all pro this year, you can actually run more route based passes without the defender reacting to a button press. with the slower release, this is vital.

Good point I'll try all pro for head up games all though I've had decent success throwing especially with top tier QB's

I would recommend that you use Practice mode in All Madden and just do Random Plays. It can be frustrating but it will make you a better player because once you can avg 3-4+ yards a run and not throw INT's, you will feel in complete control on All-Pro.

Am I wrong in thinking that sliders are the only difficulty adjustment? Moving to all madden simply tunes the sliders for you go presets like an amp right?

All madden just handicaps you in madden compared to heisman in ncaa

Anyone play straight tecmo bowl style on all pro? Pick your play and go with no adjustments at the line?!

Are you guys getting realistic scores on all-pro? Are teams losing to teams they should lose to and vice versa?

Re: all pro vs all madden

All-Madden is the only way to go for skilled players. All-Pro presents no challenge for anyone who is good at the game against the CPU. Head to Head matches on All-Pro become shoot outs when two skilled players play against each other because the awareness and reaction from your players is terrible on that level. All-Pro helps casual gamers hang around in games because of the terrible reaction and AI. Passes getting completed in coverage and all kinds of crazy stuff. All-Madden is the only way to go for players like me(Hardcore). You just have to make slider adjustments to make the game suit your style of play if your playing against the CPU.

I'll be dropping my All-Madden sliders for guys who like for the CPU to have a pulse.. I will also help you adjust them to suit your style of play so you can enjoy yet get a challenge. This will also help you become better at the game. Your game will not improve on All-Pro.. Most people who feel they get cheated on All-Madden are the one's who need to get in the lab because there are plenty of guys who still handle the CPU on All-Madden..

I'm an All-Madden player myself. Although, I have had frustrations with the level, namely last year, with the atrocious tackling, but it's never been anything I couldn't handle. All-Pro just doesn't present enough of a challenge for me.

This year with the demo and DPP, All-Madden seemed cleaner to me. It wasn't the CPU handicapping me by having my receiver drop a third down pass, I felt like it was playing a more strategically smarter game.

That comment is completely false. Besides I play all pro with slider adjustments, on all madden the cpu doesnt actually play better they just cheat you.

Out of all the games I've played on All-Madden I would blow every one out. I'm 9-0 in my franchise with the panthers wit All-Madden and no slider adjustments. I refuse to play on All-Pro there's no fun in it then.

Agreed. This year was the first time in a while where the AI torched me and I felt like they did so in a fair way. I am using the Ravens in franchise and Sam Bradford torched me because I thought oh its the Rams I can halfass it.

So what happened was that on defense I kept calling the same few plays over and over. Mostly zero blitzs and cover 2 sink. In the second half the Rams went off on me and completely abused Pollard with his poor coverage skills and 79 speed. He did not match up well against their slot receiver and could not hold down his half of the field.

The AI actually made it a point to attack me in a certain way.
