ToysRUs Pre-order

I pre-ordered Madden 12 on ToysRUs website on the 24th and I picked standard shipping, but the website said pre-order before the games release to get the object on release date. When I check on the website it still doesn't even show it as being shipped. What does this mean? Will I get it tomorrow? Please and thank you for the help

No u won't get it tomorrow they will ship the game out tomorrow so u should get it Thursday or Friday cuz I pre ordered mine from them too

I preordered from Toysrus as well to take advantage of the 44.99 deal and picked the free shipping which is standard shipping and that will be 3-6 business days so there will be no way we will get it tomorrow. Unless you picked express shipping but there would have been a charge for that.

I preordered from Toysrus as well to take advantage of the 44.99 deal and picked the free shipping which is standard shipping and that will be 3-6 business days so there will be no way we will get it tomorrow. Unless you picked express shipping but there would have been a charge for that.

FYI, I got overnight shipping with that deal and mine hasn't gone out yet either.

I also wanted to take advantage of saving at the $44.99 price on slickdeals but now I'm concerned. I called just to check and they said there are a lot of back orders. I find that hard to believe. I'm not going to worry since MLB the Show is keeping me busy. I did ask the CSR how can you have back orders for one of the most popular franchise sports games of all time. I told her you can get a copy anywhere on release date and she was like "well you can cancel the order if you want to". Wow! Luckily I will be on vacation soon and won't have a chance to play much anyway!

Actually my local toys r us in where I live used to love to keep the new releases in boxes under the front desk....I swear! I used to go in and literally had to point to them that UPS delivered 45 minutes ago and it's probably in that box right there. They would look at me like I'm crazy and I would ask for a manager. Manager comes out and I tell them I really want the game from them but will buy somewhere else...boom, they start cutting the box open I pointed to, and there's my game I wanted. It was like they wanted to play games with new releases.

Well then hopefully they should send us a email to let us know if our preorder is on backorder.

She did say you should get an email tomorrow and if not...you can cancel your order if you like. I asked could I just pick up a copy in the store and she said yes at full price. You won't get the online price. Does kinda suck. Your buying it from the same company.

The CSR actually sounded like she could care less what I do with my order.

i preordered mine on the 24th as well. Also says that it hasnt yet shipped. I'd LOVE to get it tomorrow, but if not, i guess i'll have something to look forward to on wednesday, or thursday, or friday :o

I pre-ordered it as well from Toys R Us. I expect my copy by Friday or Saturday at the latest.

They say 3-8 business days from when it ships. The game will ship tomorrow for everyone. I have ordered stuff for my son in the past and have usually recieved it 3-4 days from the ship date.

Why would you burn 17 bucks over 3-4 days?

That can get you another game used.
