Well I know the game has many flaws but after make some ratings and slider adjustments it play really well.
Firstly: I took tomba's layout and lowered defensive players' pursuit rating to >60 and also lowered a players agility to match their awareness. This mainly helps with the db's being able to cover two receivers at once and jumping every route.

Now to the difficulty/sliders:

Difficulty: Varsity
Game speed: slow/normal(your preference)
Speed Threshold: >15
QB Accuracy: 40/75
RB Blocking: 15/85
RB Ability:20/90
WR Catching: 90/95
Pass Blocking: 15/90
TKl: 15/20
Interceptions: 10/100
Pass Coverage: 15/100
Kickoff Power: 40/45
Kickoff Accuracy: 35/40
Punt Power: 40/55
Punt Accuracy: 35/60

Note: User/CPU

Try them out. They won't disappoint. Give me some feedback!
