Da_Czar is there any hope for 2k fixing the Warriors away jerseys to royal blue instead of the teal looking ones they have?

Do you have a picture sample ? It may be too late. ALso sometime colors are adjusted overall. So the actual individual color could be correct but then someone may try to give the game colors an adjustment and then bam certain teams colors are off. I do NOT know if that is the case here. Just saying.

I would need a good reference pic.

OMG, for real? The colors in the jersey pictures and that bottom photo are actually way more different than difference between the jersey pictures and the game screenshot.

Lighting, angle, post-processing of photos, camera, it all makes a difference.

The hell is wrong with people.

Shout out to 2ksports yo this game is gonna be sick. i just watch that video 15 times and im still seeing new stuff this is amazing. Smoothness at its best wow. Sick combination of isomotions in there, i wonder who put this together.

Wow. We're harping on colors after someone claims shoelace colors were always only "black or white" which is wrong. But anyway. You have no idea if your TV or the monitors used by the devs are off. It's EASY to be slightly off with colors guys. Give it a rest. Every color for every items in any game will never be exact. For all you know, your monitor you're watching the video on is off. Or the capture was off. It doesn't take much.

Instead of focusing on the work Mo put into making this video, you guys are trailing off into colors. Really?

First of all, they are not "way" off. There's a post above that shows that. If you consider that "way" off, then there's not point in continuing the discussion. But as for me - I really could not care less. If you want to make the Bulls pink instead of red, fine. As long as I get my rebounds with Noah, hit my midrange shots with Deng, and break ankles with Rose, I really do not care. As for art, make it animate well and get the likenesses right. Then I'm good.

Like my edit says, the away colors shown above are fine-- it's been noticeably fixed but it looks like the home jerseys are still the same as last year. It's not as bad as there's not as much blue on the uniform, but it's still quite off. If I had to, I could live with it, but maybe I don't have to. Last year the away jerseys were that light teal color too, and as a fan, it's a huge eyesore.

This is not based on the trailer alone. If you played 2K11, I'm sure you will know what I mean. The GSW unis in today's trailer look exactly like 2k11. Again, this may be an early build. I'm just saying I noticed it's still the same uni's color wise. Would you agree with me if I say GSW's uni in 2k11 and in this trailer the same? (be real)

Fair question man. I haven't played 2K11 in months so I would not know. I also use Skybox camera so I'm far away and I play with my Bulls. So it would not be fair for me to say that they look the same or that they were off last year. I'll take your word for it that they were off. As for the video, we have no idea how close the game the colors are. Too many questions.

But again, even if the colors are off, there can be many reasons why. But to imply that there is no effort on the parts of the devs to get them right is a little much.

u know what watching such a well composed video with audio and visual in such a marriage that it make me kind miss video intro that nba 2k used to have...that would be a great intro video they could use for nba 2k12....

LOL! Absolutely. The passion here is great. It's a big reason why true lovers of the sports come here. But some dudes are quite neurotic about the oddest things.
