Slider options are outside of franchise. Any changes you make will take effect in your franchise, the sliders will be the same for every franchise you start.

On one hand it's convenient because once you have settings you really like, you don't have to do them over again when you start a new franchise. The down side is you can't have another franchise with different settings for experimentation.
