Thanks Dolphan! I'm using your sliders on NCAA. Looking forward to these on Madden.

Being a CPU user myself, I'm wondering if you've noticed the difficulty with sideline passing? Seems like DB's are all over receivers on the sides.

Yeah im glad you brought that up. Im currently watching the Colts v. Redskins right now and even Payton is having trouble completing sideline passes but I also seen Flacco and Rivers makes some sweet passes down the side lines for scores.. so ill keep eye out and see if we have to make some change..

Thanks about the NCAA sliders, I have to UPDATE them because if you are using luvtotha9's rosters, a few numbers have to change. I will update those by Saturday..
Back to the Madden sliders, I already seen TWO BLOCKED FGs!!!!!
      OHH which reminds me....

Re: DolpFan's 10 Min. Pro CPU v. CPU Sliders

OK this was a weird one..

        Ind. Was.
        Score 26 21
        T Off 339 127
        Rush 57 84
        Pass 282 83
        FDs 17 4
        TOs 3 2
        Pens 8/60 4/35

        Manning 20-34, 269 yds, 2 TDs 2 INTs
        Addai 27 rush 57 yds

Now by looking at these stats you might think that the Colts went wire to wire for the win. In actuality, the Colts trailed most of the game.. They got the GO AHEAD TD pass with 3 minutes to go in the game. This was one of those grind it out wins and once they went ahead, they tacked on a safety late to seal it...

Now I had changed the Tackle sliders to 25 for the last 2 games but I gonna move it back down to 20 to see if the running game can get a little more productive. I actually had it at 20 for the ravens-bolts game above and the running game had more long runs and both teams had over 100 yards rushing in the game.. The raiders had 143 rush yards in their game against the titans and another interesting stat about the ravens-bolts game, both teams combined for 37 first downs...

Now Im just hitting L2 at the team select screen and whoever pops up is playing (except for division rivals) so next up is Rams at Bills...

          FEEDBACK:

For those who are using these slides, Are 10 minute quarters good enough because I was thinking about bumping up the quarter length to 12 minutes (no acceleration, BTW) because the game clock run a lot more realistic in Madden than NCAA. What i mean by that is in Madden the game clock actually RUNS during replays.. so im gonna check this out tomorrow.

BTW, probably want to adjust the Roughing the Passer slide, had 6 in one game, bit too many...

1st game with 12 minute quarters...
            Broncos at Texans

            Den Hou
            Score 30 24
            T. Off 332 370
            Rush 201 57
            Pass 131 313
            FDs 17 13
            TOs 0 4
            Pens 27:30 20:30
Game Time: 1 hours, 45 minutes

            Texans:
            Schwab 26-51, 353 yds, 3 TD, 3 INT.
            Foster 15 rush, 57 yds.

            Broncos:
            Tebow 18-27, 142 yds. 9 rush, 75 yds, 1 TD
            Moreno 24 rush, 107 yds, 1 TD

This was an entertaining game.. the Broncos went up 20-3 early in the 3rd quarter on a defensive TD but the texans still had a chance to tie or win it at the gun but the Schwab pass to the EZ fell incomplete.. the broncos actually broke up a hail mary to end the game but a ROUGHING THE PASSER penalty was called with no time left giving the Texans an extra play...

I am EXTREMELY happy with the stats I got from this game. The broncs had 201 yds RUSHING!!

The game real time was 1 hour, 45 min long as the 10 min games averaged about 1h 10m to 1h 30m long so adding those extra 2 minutes per quarter adds anywhere from 20-30 minutes extra real time. I did not push the x button or anything just let the game play out...

Cheifs at Giants on 12 next....

Re: DolpFan's 10 Min. Pro CPU v. CPU Sliders

So far as the Quarter Length... I'm going with 15 Minute Qtrs, because I look at Yds per play rather than one gross total for a whole game. With the gameflow on, the playclock almost handles timing perfectly. Personally, I might have gone another 10 secs per play, but why quibble. I'm getting at least 120 plays per game.
But back to the point, I'm getting roughly 4.5 yds per rush, ten yds per completed pass. And my penalties are around ten total for both teams.

I might knock some points off pass coverage, or add to WR catch ability. Problem is, my Passing PCTS are about right even with the sideline glitch.

BTW, I assume you're still in preseason; I think it might be unfair to make statistical assumptions after the first quarter of any game. There's a lot of variables in the second halves.

I went with the 25 adjustment on my special teams too. Not sure right now if that's a good idea. My only game with those sliders, the Falcons missed four FGs, but they were all from 48-51 yds out. I like the idea of a 50% FG rating from 50 yards out or more. Also that the kicker could miss an extra point every once in a while.
Also, Have you considered using the 25 standard on All-Madden?

I heard that was a pretty good from someone else also.. I might have to look into it...

Yeah 25 is way too low on STs I tried that in one game and seen CHIPSHOTS from reliable kickers get missed.. cool man..

Basically I'm hoping for some separation between WR's and DBs

                        GameTime: 1h, 32m

                        Game recap:

                        Giants
                        Manning 18-30, 309 yds, 2 TD, 1 INT
                        Bradshaw 23 rush, 74 yds
                        Jacobs 4 car, 40 yds

                        Cheifs
                        Cassel 22-36, 254 yds, 1 TD, 5 INTs
                        Charles 23 car, 69 yds, 1 TD

3 INTs that Cassel had came late in the 4th Quarter trying to make throws he had no business throwing. 2 of them were endzone heaves in double coverage.. This games was a little faster than the previous one as it was just as long as some of the 10 min games..

Next.. Rams at Packers then replay the Colts at Redskins @ 12 mins

Only turnover was a fumble. No interceptions.
On avg, less than 5.0 yds per rush. Had two big catches along sidelines which I was hoping to see.
All in all, not great, but setting sliders much higher(75?) might give interesting results on Rookie Level. Thinking Rookie Level might be good for CPU only games. Wr's did have more room to operate at this level.

Same settings on Pro next. Will post results.
