has anyone noticed if the cpu is taking huge cap penalties after each cut day? there isn't a prompt for the user when you cut a player that is guaranteed a bonus. i'm wondering if the cpu has that in the equation when they are releasing players over the created undrafted players. i wonder if it handicaps franchises after a couple years.
