i use the formation subs to manage my backs. i currently am in franchise with the 49ers and using a 4 back rotation so autosubs dont get it done for me. i do use autosubs to split the majority between gore and the guy they start with as a rookie, dont remember his name. i give john clay the goalline set and 1 i form set for short yardage. noel devine is my 3rd down back and gets the shotgun sets as well as playing the slot some.
