So I am thinking about joining an online league and making my own franchise however I am a little leary in regards to how the scouting and drafting is done. I know every year there is a guide that shows which rookies are basically legit and which ones suck. Basically my question is does online franchise sramble the rookies coming in? I dont want to join if there are going to be a bunch of cheaters who look at these guides and just draft all players who are A potential.

Also if someone can point me in the right direction and show me where the online forums are for leagues. I tried joining one last night but they are all password protected.
