Sorry, I didn't read through all the posts in the thread so I'm not sure if someone has mentioned this previously and this is a small sample, but.....as dolphins, rain every game until week 2, tried starting the game for week 3 using league schedule and still had rain. However, week 4 I used the team schedule to start my game and finally had no rain. So week 4 no rain, bye week 5, and weeks 6 and 7 without rain. Try using the team schedule when begining your games.

I don't think so.

I ran all of my tests (see earlier in the thread) from the team schedule and I still got rain in almost all games before the home team's bye week. After the bye the most rain games I got was 2 for the rest of the season.

I'm playing as the Steelers and I was not having any weather issues until December games. So far all of them have been rain.

I wouldn't have even been mad if they were snow, I like snow games.

I just won the AFC Championship in Snow, but it took playing through 80% of my season games in Rain, and the Divisional round in rain. Jeez...

I am only waiting for the Kickoff Roster File. I will deal with playing in Rain... I just want my initial roster to be correct.

I'm going to come up with a little quickfix for you guys.

Since fumbling is one of the woes of rain games I'll suggest ticking up the fumble slider to 55 or 60 before starting the rain game to reduce fumblitis.

That helps but I dislike throwing to receivers who fall making cuts (always my guy haha) or drop way too many catches

Ha yeah. Or how about when you've got a wide open receiver running across the middle, you're standing upright in the pocket with no pressure and just press the button and watch your QB inexplicably through the pass 20 yards out in front of him to the defense. That is the worst.

And I'm endorsing this post. This can't be that hard to fix, at least for the next Madden. If they can just at least patch the weather somehow for this one, that would be acceptable.

I'm getting sick of playing in the rain. This isn't a game killer by any means, but I have put my Redskins franchise on hold. I hate having QB miss horribly on throws they make in play now game, falling down in their backbedal, having receivers fall down coming out of their breaks, the fumbles. I am actually enjoying the game, but this weather issued is not one that I want to deal with.

In my Redskins franchise there was ONE game played outdoors that it didn't rain. I played the Jets on December 4th at FedEx and it was only 67 degrees in addition to the rain. To me this is a huge issue that was horribly designed. I know that the person that worked on it was an OSer, but man this new weather design was just poorly done. Like mentioned by others, just give the user the option to select the weather. Options are never a bad thing.

5 Rainy games out of 10 with the Redskins in Franchise.

Like if Redskins Qb's aren't bad enough...
