Can a player potential go higher?

I know players ratings go up faster when u play with them when their younger, but can say a player have a C potential make the pro bowl and it raise to a B potential?
All im saying is NCAA 06 had the greatest soundtrack of all-time.

No a C potential will always be a C potential. No matter how good or bad they do, the potential rating will never change unless you manually do it yourself. He could win QB, Rookie, and MVP of the year and Superbowl and Probowl MVP all in one season, but he's still gunna be a C potential, therefore capping out his progression at 79 ovr.

I wish they would lower players potential once they start getting old. Eventually they will find away to get most old guys to regress quickly so there is more turnover in the league. Also it would be nice to see it able to raise up to a C if one of those horrid players has a good year
Just stop saying that Madden is garbage and you aren't going to buy it. We all know that you are telling a lie so you can feel better about yourself.
