Problem starting franchise with 53 player opening day rosters!

Ok so I made all the changes myself and have the opening day rosters but now when u start a franchise with teams at 53 players instead of 60-70 like the game had they auto generate fake rookies for ur team and alot of the free agents have disappeared wtf ea? Y did they do that? Anyone else notice this yet?

Is there anyway to turn this off? Franchise mode is unplayable with these generated rookies, and i didn't know FA's got deleted as well.

I had a rookie QB from Standford that was 91 ovr after i already drafted Lindley!

I noticed FA's disappearing after the fantasy draft to.

Advancing to preseason week 1, after the fantasy draft.
A lot of players are missing.
It's still 49 rounds, so any players left over the FA limit are just deleted.

They expand the rosters, but not for FA & the fantasy draft.


So Fantasy Draft is pretty useless for me.


Guess all the players cut will just disappear, on the opening day update to.
So they can stay under the FA limit.

Thats why you are better of with the rosters now NOT the update this Thursday because so many players wil be erased

Hopefully the rosters EA puts out are the 53 player cut rosters + 8 man practice squad + any IR. This would give teams at least 61 players and they would still be accurate. Of course, knowing EA, we'll get 53 player rosters and loose many of the practice squad and real UDFA's to fake players.

According to Donny Moore's twitter, that's exactly what they are "trying" to do. He stopped short of actually promising it though. They haven't been able to get all the players' permissions from the union yet, but they are "signing people as fast as we can."

There is a hard-coded limit to how many players can be in FA...I think he said it was somewhere in the 250-280 range. Thus a lot of players will end up being cut from the game since there's WAY more free agents than that.

I updated my roster file and have the 53 p ayer rosters with the players that are on IR and the practice squad players included on each team if anyone is interested in these let me kno and I will post them

Yes its for 360 I just have to do the depth charts but im having problems with thats cause it freezes the only other thing is theres 3 free agents are 99s they r me and my friends for franchise purpose but other than that theyre legit
