The '77 Sixers were announced as a bonus team you could unlock.
    76ers '55 '67 '83

and people really need to stop sleeping on the bucks. go youtube some of the 80s duels between them and boston. SQUAD! paul pressey was really the primary ball handler and hodges was more of a sg. hope this is reflected in 2k12. moncrief and pressey could defend either wing and hodges gaurded the point.

It is indeed a little time consuming with all the pictures and whatnot (it takes about 17 pictures) but again, I wouldn't mind helping out if I have the means with a guy like Barkley (or Van Exel, whose created player also looked very legit).

Even though I don't have a PS3, I think it'd be cool to get guys like Barkley and Van Exel onto the system, even if it's through created players. If a good Chuck and Nick make their way onto PS3's 2KShare, at least a lot of folks could better re-live this classic Sixers-Bucks and Spurs-Lakers matchup.
          Thanks man

I think its cool that they have a few great teams that people don't talk about as much anymore. The bucks fall in to this catagory. Its interesting that they really don't have any huge name players. Terry Cummings back in the day was legit though.

thanks, i read that originally but must have overlooked the 77 sixers team, or maybe i just forgot.

i wonder if the 77 blazers were going to be in there originally as a matchup but got nixed due to not getting enough players rights.

Yeah I've kind of wondered that myself. I actually thought that's probably what happened with the '85 Sixers too, only they kept that team in. I bet the plan was to go with the '85 team because they were hoping Charles Barkley would be on board. Or maybe, as you said, the '77 opponent fell through so the '85 matchup was a backup plan.

I think it's just to have a prime Dr with fro in the game.
