Here are some of my thoughts on what I would like to see added to TB 13...some of these I am sure have been mentioned already.

- The ability to copy one of your own teams, I understand not copying someone elses, but sometimes it would be helpful to duplicate one of my own teams in order to make some changes or whatever.

- Ability to edit the coaches looks on the site (I hate to d/l my App. St. team and find that Jerry Moore looks like a 26 year old fat guy in a suit and tie)

- A 4th school color

- White as an option on the color selection panel

- The ability to put in the RGB #s to get an exact color instead of having to play with the "Custom Color" panel til it turns out how you want it.

- A 3rd logo slot

- The ability to re-size logos in TB instead of having to go back to the file, resize, save, then upload it again and hope you resized it enough or you have to do that whole process again.

- Custom Stadiums...or at least a larger number of generic options. I would like to see more variations in size, I hate that for a D3 team I either have a Highschool field that has hardly any seating or go with a FBS stadium that has far too much for the size of school I made.

- In those generic stadiums I would like to see my TB logo or team colors used in places just to make it seem less generic.

- More options for the fields, text fonts, ability to have logos or patterns (checkerboard, slashes, etc) in the end zones, logo size, field colors/textures, and PLEASE fix the sidelines (have the home team on the correct side of the field)

- At least 1 more helmet, 2 more jerseys, and 2 more pants options...and only "lock in" 1 of the jerseys as an "Away" uniform, so that if I wanted 5 solid color home jerseys and only 1 away I could) variety is never a bad thing.

- A LOT more designs, text/number fonts (with multiple colors or patterns in them), spaces for logos, color options (matte/flat/no shine), etc. for all uniform parts (helmets, jerseys, pants, socks, cleats). To include Eagles style helmets, pro-combat uniforms, etc.

- The ability to choose what brand you want your team to wear, then based on that selection you would be able to choose from the uniform designs that brand produces, then you can customize from there, as well as choose where that brand logo is placed on the uniform.
So I could pick "Nike", then it would show me all the Nike designs I can customize, I change the colors, add text/logos etc, then select where on the uniform to display the Nike logo on the jersey and pants

- Generic mascots that when selected will take on the team colors and possibly logos/jerseys

- I would like to be able to select a basic roster that has the very minimum # of players (only enough to cover the starting lineup) then click an "Add Player" button when I would be able to choose the position and edit him from there, this way we can make our rosters more accurate when re-creating FCS teams or whatever other teams we create and wont have unnamed guys to delete or guys who are actually CBs put in as DTs just to fill a blank spot on the roster. So if I choose to only have 11 guys on Offense, 11 on Defense and 1 kicker and 1 punter...I can, or I can have 11 on O, 11 on D, 1 Kicker, and 47 Punters...whatever I want!

- Add the ability to choose the players tendency. Just because my QB has lower speed/agil/acc than he does accuracy or arm strength doesnt mean he wouldnt rather run around with the ball.

Those are all things I would like on the actual site, but here are some other things I would like taken into consideration.

- Allow the creator to choose pipelines or simply base it off of the location of the school.

- Do not have the base roster impact anything other than the # of players at each position, do not let it determine pipelines, brands, etc.

- Fix the censor issues, there is a warning on the game when you d/l teams saying there may be offensive matter, so let us have guys named Dickerson or Cocker if we want.

- Allow team colored accessories in the in game editor.

-Dont erase the d/l count after a team is edited (reset the rating, but not the count)

- Ability to assign rivals, I wouldnt do it on TB because of the whole swapping out teams in game would probably screw it up, but I would like to be able to choose rivals at the start of a dynasty.

- The abilty to make changes to a teams stadium and uniforms during a dynasty.

1. As mentioned a million times -- more helmet, jersey, and pant slots
2. Different fonts and numbers -- give us the option to have numbers fade from top to bottom like ASU's new black jerseys, or how Miami has the white jerseys with half orange and half green in the numbers.
3. Cleats that aren't either black or white -- it looks so bad and fake!! Give us color!
4. Edit equipment for players
5. More sock options -- I want the option of pro socks and throw back socks. Also, let us decide if our team will wear their socks low, med, or high. NO TEAM WEARS LOW SOCKS SO I DON'T KNOW WHY EVERY PLAYER GETS THEM BY DEFAULT!!!
6. Just give us more, EA! You know what we all want, so just do it, please.

-Ability to edit players' hometowns through TB (I tried creating a school in Texas and all of my players were from Wisconsin, Montana, and Illinois)

I am very particular about how my Teambuilder team looks, so there are a few things I've encountered that tick me off.

1) Assign Nike, UA, Adidas, or Russell to the uniforms; shoes, gloves etc included. I hate wasting a slot for the logo to make the team look more realistic.

2) Ability to edit equipment thru the online website, since we cannot edit it in game unless we are in dynasty mode.

3) More customization across the board, ie helmet designs, jersey designs...being able to put logos in the new places like above the name on the back of the jersey or school name down the pant leg or on the top of the pant back. stuff like that

4) Ability to make a custom stadium and field. I know this wouldn't be hard to do on the internet, its capabilities are basically limitless. Also, I'd like to be able to add to the stadium in the off season of my dynasty if they could make a reward system somehow.

5) Ability to set a place for specific logos. On the jersey, I'd like to have a set up like this: Upper left, conference logo; collar, team logo; upper right, manufacturer logo; bottom right, bowl patch logo. (I hate when i get to a bowl game and the bowl patch covers one of my logos! ) Then for the stadium, I'd like to decide the placement of the conference logo, maybe even stadium name like OK State.

I'm out of ideas for right now. The current teambuilder is 3 years old (basically nothing new was added this year), so its time for some additions and modifications to keep the customer base coming. I know that if this feature isn't improved drastically, I will not be patronizing next years title.

Ncaa 13 isnt comming out anytime soon but still EA if your reading these post please just fulfill what we want!

Anyway here is my list, its basically what everyone else said but my idea.

HELMETS
-Gloss, Matte, Matalic: Noble Evildoer posted this and i completely agree with this, PLEASE add this in, because i want a matte finish to my helmets.

Size of numbers on helmets: EA needs to give us a option to scale it to the size we want, weather its big or small.

More Stripes: we need more presets for this, its the 3rd year and nothing new was added.

misc: add numbers on the back of the helmets, flags, conference patch. Also Give us the Ability to add our Name to the front and back of the helmets IE: Texas longhorns have 'Longhorns' on the back of theirs.

JERSEYS
More Alternates: Give us 3 Alternate Jerseys Oregon has like 100 Alternates so why cant out TB team have at least 3?

More Templates: Like i said 3yrs and nothing new. Throw in a bunch of new Templates for TB, we will be happy.

Pro Combat Templates: This will be a very cool feature if you guys throw in about 10-20 Templates For Pro Combat Unis. IE:http://cdn.bleacherreport.net/images...jpg?1259090782

More Pants: Add like 2-3 more
More Templates: Self explanatory

EQUIPMENT/OTHER
Sponsorship: Add sponsors to the TB. we really want:Nike, Adidas, Underarmor, Russel logos on our jerseys,pants, and shoes.

Let us change our socks, sleeves, gloves, etc. To our Primary and or Secondary color.

More room to type in our School Name: I want to add 'University', 'College' 'State' etc. In My school name so why do we have a limit on what to type?

Let us get more in depth when changing our roster and coaches.

More Stadium Templates: Give us more templates, When playing dynasty Let the stadium(and show the upgrade) upgrade. We cannot Stress that enough and still EA hasn't attempted to try it.

Give the TB site a complete Overhaul. i think EA can make the site more better so we can make our teams very accurate. if they tried to

A few things, some probably have been mentioned:
-Rivals, at least 2. This is very annoying. Let's say you want to create your favorite school (for now, since they are a good example, Mich State) because the team is A. Far better than anticipated, and B. Introducing new components, like a uniform, stadium, or logo. So you go in, do all the things you want, and you replace the team in Dynasty. You look at information, rivals, all that... and you see Penn State. Not Notre Dame, not Michigan, Penn State. Granted, you're glad you did get Penn State, instead of Indiana, but it's certainly no Michigan. Yeah, you still play them, and it is fun, but something's amiss. You should be able to set the rivals for this reason.
-A third logo. Sometimes I don't even need two, but often two seems like too little.
-Stadiums. It was very cool to be able to set this up on the PS2, even if you couldn't add anything really awesome to make it your own. Now, you have just a few generic ones to choose from, and a whole bunch with some signs, logos, and even a whole scoreboard devoted to the owner of that stadium. It makes things seem less like yours.
-Manufacturers' logos need to be chosen from. Maybe on the logo screen, maybe when you start up Teambuilder so EA will get more money for selling advertising to their pals at Nike. Just give us the logos to put on the uniforms.
-Fields. As much as I hate the colored fields, like EWU, but we all know that one of these days, Oregon will roll out a neon yellow field with the black outline of their neon yellow O. Give us a few options here. The endzones should also be allowed to have: script logos that WE have the option to upload, our school's logo, slashes, checkerboards, sideline colors, and all that fun stuff we see in college football.
-Conference logos. One of the coolest little details is looking at a uniforms and fields to see a conference logo on it in that teams' colors. It's another simple thing to add that'll make our teams look better.
-Mascots. Those being the generic sort, like a walking horse we can choose to put a jersey on. Or a tiger with nothing. Just give us more than what we have.
-Rosters. There are many "Ground Attack" style teams. There are many "Air it Out" style teams. Give us sliders to control our teams strengths and weaknesses. For example, one for QBs and Receivers, one for RBs, one for TEs and FBs, one for O-Line, and so on, from secondary players to kickers. It'll look just like the Program sliders with academics and stuff.

-Here's all the uniform stuff that's specific to certain parts:
Helmets
They need to feel more authentic. They all have the same shine to them, which isn't all that common in this day and age. Oregon and Oklahoma State use matte looks, a lot of schools have more glittery helmets than others, and they don't all look the same in real life. I get if EA can't do this, but how about helmet stickers? As in, on the back? I've always found this very confusing that you can't put a little fake text box, numbers, and the US flag on the back. And there's the Nike crowd, who wants to give another ugly Pro Combat uniform - although a few look good, most don't - to teams with classic looks, like USC, or teams that wouldn't get them, like Buffalo.
Jerseys
There is a very wide selection of jerseys to choose from, but again, in this age, there are ideas popping up all the time. Look at Oregon in one year. I don't expect you to pull stuff out of were other things come out of, but I do expect more fonts for numbers and the text on the front of uniforms. Names should get fonts, too.
Pants
Third pair of pants. Often, this is superfluous, but creating a real team with a white, a primary-colored, and a secondary-colored pair of pants is something pretty simple to do. Also, a wider selection of designs, and a belt color not called white might be nice.
Socks & Shoes
There really isn't much to say here. Just give us the option of color.

These are many demands, but it's certainly not impossible to do some, EA. Or are you guys going to add next to nothing for a fourth straight year?

In terms of uniform customization:

-I would like to see more options that cater to the "throwback" style. I'd like have helmets and jerseys that sport the early '60s number fonts as opposed to just the brickish, varsity style similar to Alabama's. In fact, I'd like to have fonts that go even further back than that (for example, the 1940's style font Ohio State used for their combat uniforms in 2010).

-I'd also like to have the option to have the numbers on one side of the helmet only or on the back of the helmet, or just wherever the heck I want, and the ability to adjust the size of the numbers.

-More stripe and layout styles that hearken back to the old days. Michigan's uni against Notre Dame this year was pretty cool. I'd like to be able to give my team something similar.

-The ability to use existing team's uniforms as a template and then apply our own school's colors.

-A pool of generic mascots.

-Manufacturers logos.

-Basically everything everyone else has listed.

How about making it FREE. Why should I need Gold to create a team and use it for Offline Dynasty??? I used all this time making a team and everything only to find out I couldn't even use it

More variety with the cleats. You should be able to edit other teams, like say if you chose Miami's Pro-Combat uniforms you would be able to change the color and so on. Have more pants you have a choice for home and away alt jerseys, it should be the same for pants also. When editing your rosters for your team you should be able to edit that specific players apparel and accessories similar to in/game.

The ones others have said:
Better stadium builder, or at least more generic stadiums. At the very least pull existing logos out of current stadiums.

Ability to put logos wherever we want (something similar to the way the WWE series handles their CAWs).

Nike/Adidas/etc

Just showing that they care about teambuilder in general. The fact the High school stadium 2 still doesn't show up is flat out unacceptable.

My personal ones:
Announcers having recognition for city as well as team name. The woudn't even have to record any extra audio for it, as a lot of places are already in the game. But if I create a team called the Michigan Devils...The announces should say "Michigan Devils"...not just "Devils." Even a recording of most major cities shouldn't take too long.

Even for schools that don't exist, a lot of the pieces do. If I create the Wisconsin State Whitetails, it would be able to say it. The word Wisconsin exists in the game's audio, the word State exists in the game's audio, so why can't it announce it all?

How about actually being able to have a WHITE helmet on our teambuilder teams?!?!?! Also we should be able to color the socks and shoes. There could be a base and tips of a shoe and we could pick what colors go there.
