I would like to see some highlight post game show that shows scores and stats aroun the league NFL 2K5 esque. Also more recognition of created players whether premade or generated in asociation/my player mode mode they need to be treated in same respect as regular players...this would make commentary later years in association mode sound more authentic also would be nice if they stayed true to prior things happening in asociation mode with commentary like mentioning this that turly happened the year before. Just a thought

A whole game editor (like all the different pc editors out there in one user friendly version for both consoles), even as a paid DLC ... if not ... a much better and expanded Create A Player & Create A Team features, as well as the introduction of Create A Court and Create a Staff (this one, also with roster movement).

- Liked all the previews posts, keep them comming.
- Ah, almost forget, to keep having legends in the future in the format we have now with 2k11.

I'm like a madden fan, anything new NBA 2k I'm pretty much already buying, But I'm usually sold on the demo, because i can feel how 2k12 is different to 2k11 which and why i can't go back to 2k11.

Also adding onto the my player to association idea, i think I would pretty cool to be able to either go or send scouts to the rookie showcase game and then conduct the post game interview.

Also being able to get your coach inducted into the hall of fame would be a nice reward

Spectator Mode would be the bomb, I too was able to participate in an EA MMA fight card and it was a blast... even if I was the victim of the knock out of the night... Even with EA MMA, we had a fight league and would upload our fights afterwards for everyone to see.

my buddies and I all said the same thing about NCAA/Madden, we had a user vs user Madden superbowl last year with Madden10 and also had a UvU national championship in NCAA and we all wanted to watch the final games of both...

would love to see this, even if it was a separate hosted "connection". this would be such a great addition.

Online Association - cpu controlled teams, logical trade system, more fluid highlight/picture upload system, better web access.

Online League - ability to have odd # of teams(make it group play with an even amount of teams making "playoff") & inclusion of Classic teams.

If they:
-added another 25 or so legendary teams with full 10 man rosters & signature moves for legendary players
-revamped My Player to make your CAP start with a higher rating and allow for contract negotiations
- Created a more robust play calling system that allowed for organic play branching, as well as general "philosophy" play calls (set screens for cutters, get out on the break, etc)
- Developed an improved training/practice mode to better facilitate learning all available controls.
- Fleshed out the Post-up game, and made it easier to initiate a back down.
- Added a live-ball physics engine that let's rebounds, blocks, and fast breaks happen as they should... not just canned animations

Now THAT would guarantee my purchase of 2k12.

If 2K has this guy in the game, it's a guaranteed purchase for me--hence me buying NBA 2K11, NBA 2K12, and not NBA 2K7-2K10.

and I completely forgot.

in regards to the classic teams, how about take a classic version of each team.

for example, the Dallas Mavericks - they add the 1988 Mavericks team that took the Lakers to game 7. Rolando Blackman, Derek Harper, Mark Aguirre, Roy Tarpley, Brad Davis, James Donaldson, Sam Perkins, Detlef Schrempf, Uwe Blab and Bill Winnington. The classic Green unis and Blue Unis.

staying out of the 2000's, pick either by vote or overall finish a classic team for each NBA team. that way those of us who don't have the classic history of the Bulls, Celtics, Lakers and whatnot can play with that team that won a single championship back then or got really close and created something great like the Reunion Rowdies.

The only way I can see 2k changing their engine is if NBA Elite fixes all their issues and is a better game than 2k. EA re-did their whole game and look what happen to them, so I don't know if changing the engine would be the best thing, it could cause more problems.
