I am in the exact same situation...

Only 3 of us, but, we play Offline because Playing Online with NO FA and NO Real CPU Logic is just terrible...

Why can't we play the games out of Order???

how would injury logic work??? if you get hurt playing your week 9 game and you are out for 6 weeks, would that make you healthy for your week 6 game that you skipped???

We're talking about playing the games during the week out of order. Currently all user teams must playe their game in the order its listed on the schedule. So if you have two teams playing 1pm games, User A will have to play his 1pm game before user B because thats how it is listed. If user B was to play his 1pm game first, user A's game would be simulated.

They use to have this and to take it out is a shame. But if you notice. You can sim games out of order without it simming the games before it. Very stupid if you ask me.

Yeah I was just about to say that.. I don't know why they let you sim any game out of order but not play any game out of order in that particular week.. I can't understand that one.. This is an issue with me and my friends too because everyone has families and work so games get helded up a lot waiting on the next person to play his.. I really hope they fix this for 13..
