    Online Courtesy?

I have an question regarding online play:

I played my first online game earlier today, and I was able to control my opponent as SDSU (He was Arkansas). Midway through the 3rd, down 17-0 (A game that I was playing sloppily, with 1 pick and a fumble) he quits. The game offers my to either Quit and Not Count or Quit and Count the game. When you have clearly been dominating your opponent, do you count the game if he quits? Or is it rude to do so? I counted it, and then later thought this might be rude.

It's not rude, quitting is what is rude. What you did was perfectly fine.

Except the guy I played wasn't a cheeser, he was clearly fairly new at this game, that's why I was wondering.

Quitters, cheesers, they both deserve the loses that they earn no different than anyone else. Hell, what fun would it be if everyone shared you feelings and would let their opponents off the line every time they started losing?

I know on last years ncaa it had a option to ask the player that was getting crushed if he wanted to give up the game. It happend to me. At the half I was up 31-3 but all of a sudden my opponet turned into a cheezer and started doing nothing but rocket catch and stuff like that and by the 4th it was 31-55 and I got a message asking if I wanted give up do to being so far behind or somthing to that effect. I chose no cus i wanted to finish out the game even though I was loseing and figured he would knock out the cheesing since he was so far ahead but he didn;t the end score was something like 85-40

                Count it.

The worst people, that I have no respect for are the ones that are losing with less than a minute left in a game and while I am in the process of kneeling to quickly kill the clock and end it but they decide they want the DNF instead. I usually offer mercy if I am up 21+ at half but if they decline it and I force a turnover quickly after and they try to mercy, I am usually an *** and make them play or quit.

                  I'm calling bs.

How in the eff do you go from a 28 point lead to losing by 40+????

If this is somehow true(which it isn't), maybe you should Lerner to run the clock out. On the play call screen press L2, up, left. Boom.
