They just fixed headbands,but they didn't with the rest of accessories. The only way they could do it properly (Boston white @ home/black away) was fixing/updating team colors, but they never did it.

The AI PG STILL initiates plays at the top of the 3 point line.

I wish I was being sarcastic. I was genuinely underwhelmed. Doesn't mean I didn't like what I see - but I'm a straight shooter.

With the right settings much of what you saw was possible in 2k11.

Either way - I know it will be an evolution as opposed to a revolution but everything I've read pointed to the latter.

P might be a little can't see the forest for the trees. Not that your wrong in your assessment at all. You just may be focusing on one thing and missing another. But it's short vid nevertheless what you mentioned is true !

Also I wasn't wowed by that video myself for the record.

And the difficulty isn't going to matter unless 2k has changed their philosophy on user difficulty. Higher has always been HARDER, meaning more difficult. Not smarter.

Well it was Ronnie playing I believe, so it's hardly a first game.

I must say I loved what I've seen here. There was no turbo boost when the players were rolling of the picks, and the rolls looked like they could be defended as everything else. This was my biggest gripe with 2k11 and I'm happy to see it's been improved since P&R is trully the bread and butter of bball.

Nice video, overall. The game looks a lot smoother and the animation overhaul was instantly noticeable.

Pet peeve - why did they remove Eric Gordon's sig jumper and give him one of the defaults? That makes absolutely no sense to me considering his sig jumper last year was great.

Unless it was played head to head on two different systems, this was one player (Celtics) against the CPU controlled Clippers.

Aside from the great playbook the Clippers, I expected a more organic representation from the AI. That's all.

Yup, this was obvious by the icons under the players.

But yeh, I feel you. I might be a lot more forgiving on that since I spend most of my playing time with 2k online.

vid looked good to me...

just a few minor issues...some passes should've been tipped/deflected and it seemed a little too easy to get difficult shots off in the paint without contact...but i think a lot of that was probably because this is on an easier difficulty setting.

rebounding looked really good.

biggest difference is how much faster and more explosive quick guards are with the ball...crossovers, and directional changes are faster than 2k11, as they should be. overall, most of the movements are noticeably quicker and not as sluggish.

the game looks great in this vid, but i'm not too optimistic about how it will compare on my ps3.

I want it to go on record I did see a lot of what was changed with the Clippers, including plays. But man - not a good early video to show off the changes.

Guys are in love with the presentation and other little things (and they should be) but I'm looking a bit deeper than that.

As str8 mentioned, small sample size. I KNOW the game will be solid - just came away underwhelmed.

Not trying to down anyone elses' experience - just sharing my own.

not sure how true that is. i found the CPU to be more aware on higher difficulties and on sim mode.
