I just got Madden 12 used. Idon't know yet if I will purchase an access code, but I chose to try the 2 day trial for EA access. Now the only reason I did that was to get updated rosters and its telling me a xbox live restriction is preventing me from using this feature. I'm subscribed with XBox Live as a free user (b/c I don't have time to play online and cant justify spendin a buck sum to sparingly play online) but I am always connected. Do I need Xbox Live Gold in order to get roster updates? If so, that would be ridiculously stupid. I have the two day access (today being the last day) and I can't get any rosters...am I doing something wrong? Do I need Gold?
