It's probably the default camera angle since Ronnie just jumped right in without messing with the settings. Better question is if 2k added arena specific broadcast camera angles. The Washington Wizards gameplay looked like it was in a low angle compared to this one.

I think Steve or Dustin confirmed on Twitter that each arena has its own unique broadcast camera
