pissed off? nah.....but (and maybe I have a short memory) I dont remember being this close to release and only having ONE official gameplay vid.

add that to this bare demo and I can definitely feel why people have questions.

They said in the back court only. It would lead to cheese if they allowed that in the frontcourt, because no defensive player would be able to catch up unless they had a magic speed boost - which is unrealistic. When you get past the half court line, I assume that they determine the speed by who the ball handler is, and who the player chasing him down is.

I also REALLY like the addition of wrap-around fouls.

First time I did it was off a fastbreak from Chalmers to LeBron. Saw an alley-oop IMMEDIATELY. Snatched Chalmers quickly before it could happen. Fernandez just tugged him and looked like he patted him on the back, I think...very nice, least it wasn't the same *** intentional foul animation.

Second time was when they threw Bosh an outlet pass. Caught up with Dirk and I forgot the rules of basketball like an idiot. Grabbed Bosh and got a clear path foul. lol

Another neat thing: psychic defenders that bump you even when you're not trying to move forward are gone. Bumping animations are still in the game, but it's your fault when they happen now.

Makes perfect sense. Just because you don't agree with it doesn't mean it doesn't make sense. I don't agree that chocolate should make you fat but it makes perfect sense that it does.

1. Wet our appetites
People are saying if this is an old build, just imagine what 2K12 would look like. Not person--PEOPLE. This is making people want more. If you read the threads, people are playing this demo continuously. Mission accomplished.

2. All these people to download it.
Shouldn't have to explain. I don't care if people didn't like it--they downloaded it. And I don't care how many 360 people say it isn't good--PS3 users will download it when available. Mission accomplished.

3. Want the retail version even more.
You don't want to play limited periods? You want to run plays? You want the retail version...but now you want it EVEN MORE. Mission accomplished.

Again, just because you aren't down with it doesn't mean it doesn't make sense.

Haha not yet. I only played a couple games tho. Retail is fresh on my mind so demo ain't cutting it.

Eventually these games will peak at a certain point. It's crazy that this is a "negative" because you can only portray the sport of basketball so many ways.
No one ever goes on a court then complains that basketball... feels like... basketball...

You are wrong, games like thiz have a long way to go before they peak the possibilities are endless. 2k13 wishlist would go platinum.

You guys need to quit making everthing someone says that doesnt blindly praise the game into them being negative. that last comemt makes no sence. ive never been locked into a bump annimation/not had obvious fouls/hands melt through balls/not been able to run toward the goal on fastbreaks in a gym.

cause the demo is never the final build and ronnie on twitter said it himself that it was not the final build. This is a stripped down version noticed how there wasnt any playcalling or defensive calling.

Im not calling them liars but do you believe everything they tell you?, you must. they run a business dude. its in their best interest for you to know what they want you to know.

If they would have completely rehauled everything, people would be pulling "why change things that were fine" card.

You cant have it both ways.Ill GLADLY take a "perfectly patched" version of 2k11 anyday.

Why are you so quick to sum up peoples feelings and opinions?, then you will be the first to say ever1 is different. so you have no problem with paying 60+ for a patch and roster update?

Somestimes i get the feeling we are on the same page about things (guys who think2k is perfect/guys who look for improvements). but the guys who think its perfect kind of agree with me but dont want me to say it or sum it up as something small/tweek. then what confuses me more is guys saying its1000X better or the improvememt were huge when they really werent.

I've done it with Kidd and Barea just after crossing the half court line, while there was nobody in front of me.

It can still be done, but I believe you still have to be in the vicinity of that half court logo.

Now, I'm gonna try to cheese it up and see how the CPU responds to cheese tactics. Granted, the demo is probably on Pro, but it's worth a try anyway.

This is going to be a good year for bball fans.

Using JJ Barea is fun especially with the floaters and quicker dribbles. Just foul out Jason Kidd to use Barea. Gives you a good feel on how to control quicker guards.

You're on a 2k Forum dude.. what do you think is going to happen? Of course the people here will play this game continuously..

To me, it doesn't make sense as a marketing tactic for a company to use this ploy, because if you have a better game - the fanbase who plays it and tries the demo will know it's superior to the last version (hence, these forums)..people HERE will play this game regardless if it's stripped down or if it has all the features - so what you're saying is that they will purchase it because they are being 'teased' by not having the entire thing and I think in this case considering everyone here is already a hardcore fan and just want to get their hands on the game already.. difference of opinions

I didn't mean to state your post didn't make sense, I mean what the company is doing to me doesn't make sense..

what I'm talking about here is guys who pick up the demo and don't play 2k regularly (there are still many of those) and will think that this is how the actual game is.. and choose to forgo buying it.
