What WR do you Reccommend for the Saints after the first season?
After I have completed my first season I am thinking of trying to trade/draft a WR to add to my weapons with Brees being the QB? Who have you had and have they been successfulTags: None -

i have yet to play a game but im using the Bills and they have Steve Johnson...came from nowhere last season and had a breakout year...young, fast and able to stretch the field...if he's able to put up numbers with a qb like fitzpatrick, imagine what he'd do in a pass-happy offense with breesSteelers | Seminoles | A's | Rockets | Avalanche | Wildcats, Hoosiers | Liverpool -

I played few games with Bills and no doubt S.Johnson is one of best in game receivers if used correctly (In my opinion of course) he is just amazing .NBA: Miami Heat
NFL: Philadelphia Eagles
MLB: New York MetsComment

I think Wes Welker can be very effective for Drew Brees.Because I live in van down by the river...Comment

I would love to get Andre Johnson or Calvin Johnson but they will be nearly impossible to trade for.Comment

I always thought Drew Brees + DeSean Jackson would = unstoppable.
If that's too difficult, try like someone like Hakeem Nicks or maybe Percy Harvin.Comment

That would be perfect but who would I trade for him? They would most certainly decline the offer.Comment

Dude, you've got Henderson and Meachem who are speedsters. Not to mention Meachem's a big target. I usually start my first season with Colston, Meachem, and Henderson in the slot. With Jimmy Graham at TE. I don't see why you would trade for other WR's when you're really not going to gain that much.
In the first couple seasons I would ride with those guys and groom Meachem to be your number one. If your capable of using Colston effectively, a couple good seasons with Meachem and he will be a beast. Then just worry about replacing your speedsters when they get old.
If I did decide to trade for a WR, I would probably look at a V-JAX or K. Britt. Especially with Colston's injury rating being lowered to the 70's.
With the cap the way it is, my first priority with the Saints in the off-season is OLB and DT. Just my two pennies.....Comment
