Dude, dustin is an OS editor and da_czar is...... well he's Da_Czar! Both were invited to 2k to play a near final build of the game (demo build is from august IIRC). Listen and believe their words

Yeah, I noticed that. You're the only one I've seen mention it so far. I was slightly late with Fernandez and it gave me a 0% and he missed badly off the front rim. It's gotta be a bug, right?

I'm not sure when the demo was cut, but you will be able to get slightly late timing in the final build. The text will still say LATE, but the % should tell you how close you were to hitting the perfect window.

Seeing your lit up name is so satisfying. To get Dev interaction makes all the difference in the world and shuts up haters. I love it.

Re: NBA 2K12 Demo Available Now, Post Impressions Here (360, PS3)

Few things that really im enjoying about the demo:

                1. Having the final shot reviewed at the end of the quarter was nice. Hit a late shot with J Kidd who went on to celebrate yet also throw up his hands in confusion. Refs went to the monitor to review and gave the sign for the basket was good. Nice add on by 2k.

                2. Not sure if this was the cause, but noticed Tyson and LBJ kept bumping into each other and near shoving one another. Dont know if they got fed up, but on one possesion near end of quarter they both got tied up after Ty boxed out LBJ and while both trying to get to the other end of quarter in a fast break possesion they were pretty much on top another and LBJ thru his hands up as if he had no intensions of getting into that mess while Tyson literally thru LBJ to the ground. I was in awe and laughing at same time. Refs were quick on the whistle to call that a foul. If this is something that will happen more often Im very pleased.

                3. All the post moves you can perform with Dirk is just amazing. Also, had Rudy F Baby coming off the wing on a break and received the ball in perfect position to throw down only for D wade to chase down throw his mess against the glass while Rudy falls into the Goal stand.

                4. Lastly, Dirk began to get hot in the post and was just torching Bosh and Haslem. They began to put LBJ on him and he was very aggressive on stealing while Dirk was trying to back down. Was pleased to see refs to call reach in fouls on him after a few aggressive attempts.

All in all this demo has remained fresh after several run throughs. Feel like every defensive possesion Miami runs some just a little different and is getting the big 3 very involved. Noticed cpu utilizing the triple threat in better situations. LBJ actually walked up to the 3 line, gave a quick stutter step to the defender and pull up from downtown. 2k is where amazing happens.

just played my first games in demo and had great fun
                  still have few questions

; the post moves- how you makes faks ans shots- right or left stick? do ineed to use l2 while post moves?
2nd question- what mean the red in the circle around the player
(i realised the blue is stamina and the yellow mean ability to score from that pos)
hope you'll have the patience answer my questions
btw,it will be great if someone will upload post moves tutorial
                  thanks anyway

i know alot of you got the buzzer beater in and counted, but i used dirk to do the 1 legged baseline fade away at the buzzer and the ref reviewed and waved it off and the crowd started booing... that made my day hahaha...

The strides are amazing. The was talk because people want a big change. But 2K12 has shown that small goes a long way. The dribble is finally at a point where I don't miss right stick dribble. The Explosiveness is life like. Unlike anything before it. can't wait to get Kobe and D Rose under my control.

I was actually real close to doing that in a recent game but Wade was able to be Wade and slip his way into the key for a layup in the last 0:30 seconds.

It's easy to win, but holding them to 0 points seems to be a nearly impossible task. The CPU LeBron and Wade are too smart, it's like playing against a human who's good at the game.

Not really, but they do show glimpses that make me feel like the game on all-star will be challenging.

I dont like that Im still seeing speed bursts on steal attemps sometimes.
