the shot indicator- is it accurate?

just wonder if the shot circle around the feet is accurate enough?
do i must release the ball when the circle flash on to get a perfect release? or it isn't so matter?

Most of the time it's hit or miss as it should be. In real life on the court basketball you can have the perfect release and your shot still not fall. 2K I always turn it off personally.
Where they DO that? ? ?

I like the shot feedback afterwards, as we had in 2K11. I'm not sure I like this "real time" feedback. It both dumbs the game down a bit, plus it makes you tunnel vision on a meter instead of the basketball game going on.

I am not sure as I havent played the demo but seems that the flashy circle is what replaced the bars, therefor (if so), it only indicates the hot zones of a player and the likelyhood of making a shot of better %.

Then again, you got to consider all other components, such as shot release (there is a separate function that gives you feedback of its timing) and contest. The new % shown, englobes all factors, I think.

I like to play with the indicator one, I feel it is a good aide, but I really do not need it. I know everyone's release on the Nets, I can shoot baskets with my eyes closed

That's probably true, since the Nets doesn't have any players that could actually score anyway! OH SNAP!

Yeah, I think that some teams need to play like their real life counterparts ex. if the cavs are horrible in the game someone shoudnt be able to go 60-12 with them

I am talking about playing against people. Against the CPU, it is a harder task to be elite with the Nets. I play on Superstar, Simulation sliders and I went 26-46 (played 50 games) with the Nets in my first year in Association, default roster.

i think its too forgiving because it gives green and i could be clanking left and right.
