I don't think it's just fans of today that call Reggie overhyped. I've been a basketball fan for 15 years, and I think he's very overhyped.

Yeah never won a championship, all he had going for him was his 3-point record, and even that's gone now. I just know him as the Knick Killer, because that's what he was best at, beating the Knicks. His most famous game was the Choke Game. Other legends have many memorable games.

imo these are the same fans who once said kobe bryant is the greatest basketball player ever (not knowing michael jordan lmao, there used to be a heated michael-kobe debate about this before). then a game called nba 2k11 arrived. and changed their views.
i think video games for these gamers like nba 2k can help educate fans about certain players that played the game and made history. if only reggie and charles barkley allowed themselves to be in 2k games as one of those featured legends...

No I don't think so. He was previously in NBA Live games I played. He's an average character with an average rating but is very very good to use in clutch situations. I love those dagger shots.

I was also one of the people who called Reggie overhyped because quite frankly he is. A good player but not the "clutch" god people make him out to be ( clutch is also a subjective term that the media infuses to hype certain athletes that are more marketable than others.)

over horry,yes i know horry has hit some big shots but miller is the second player responsible for pat ewing not having a ring.
