For some reason, I get more sacks with Nick Fairley than Ndamukong Suh, but Suh is the better overall tackler.

And if you can control Clay Matthews like the CPU does, he's a monster. Such a pain to play against.

I use jarrods all-madden black set sliders, and I'v played through 2 seasons havn't user controlled a d-linemen once and Peppers had 10 sacks the first season and 14 last... Flat out beast and the sack strip.

Got about 17ish sacks with Chris Long on the Rams.

Playing All-Pro difficulty, with no sliders effecting my defense. I am in a 3-4 scheme.

Depends on the difficulty you're playing on. If its one of the based difficulty settings where you haven't adjusted the sliders, power moves tend to work the best because of the quick animation they perform.

Guys like Daquan Bowers, Suh, etc who are athletic fast players with the power move trait I feel tend to be the most effective. I'm also a big fan of Von Miller when using the power move. He's a very fast player that combined with the fast animation of the power move allows him to get to the quarterback before he can get the ball off most times. Also, because of his speed he's idea for chasing down mobile QB's like Vick or Rodgers. He may not be as fast as Vick, but hopefully the acceleration and scheming match up will come into effect and allow Von to track him down.

this kid plays LOLB, and because of that, he goes up against a RT that generally isn't as good a pass blocker as the LT. I went through a season in my 'chise, and i had 13 sacks with him... straight up beast. plus, he uses power moves as a rusher, which imo work better than finesse moves.


* Brian Orakpo is also a monster pass rusher.

Well In one game I had 4 sacks with sedrick Ellis. I like using good dt's like Ellis and Suh.

DE are useless this year. They always fall down.
A finnesse move DT is probably best. A powermove DT gets into the animation where he runs over the offensive lineman but it takes way too long to happen. Finnesse move guys can get straight back. I used Gerald Mccoy and got a lot of sacks. Also Marvin Austin from the Giants.

I get most sack plays on safety/cb blitz when the offense is in Shotgun. But in my franchise, Cameron Jordan led with 14 sacks.

I got 31 sacks in one season with Peppers on all-pro but I simmed to last 5 games so it probably could have been higher.

With the Browns and 50/50 control split between me and the AI, A. Rubin got 25 sacks in my first season. Although it could've have something to do with the sliders I was constantly tweaking as I went through the season.

Demarcus Ware has a freakish size-speed-skillset combination that makes him a ton of fun to play with.

Tamab Hali, in my new KC 4-3 scheme with him as the LE...

97 power moves, 95 block shed...

I don't user control him, and I've got 12 sacks through 4 games in my Online Franchise... Its pretty ridiculous... Teams try to help the RT by keeping the TE in to block, or the FB in to block, but he simply overpowers them on his way to the QB...

I've also noticed that the #2 DT gets more pressure than the #1 DT... Not sure why...
