We need an update. We are nearing 50% of the college football season and the basketball games are released in 2 weeks... COME ON, its almost October and my game doesn't freaking work yet. How about daily updates please.

EA already our money.

They don't really care for the most part.

They are already into the dev cycle for 2013.

They will throw us a few bones but at this point 2012 is a lost cause.

When it is failing? (For example, is it when you're trying to upload a game, a team change, or after advancing a week? If it's advancing a week, can you include whether it is when you're advancing to or from your week. For example, advancing to week 7.): Right after I played my game for Week 4. I concluded my game and it went back out to the dynasty homepage and then when it should have uploaded my results, the transfer failed popped up. I hit 'retry now' to load my results about 50 times but to no avail.

Any special settings in your dynasty (Custom Playbooks, TeamBuilder,
Coaching Carousel, Custom Conferences): Custom playbooks are on (not sure if anyone uses them, i personally do not) and custom conferences.

If you're using Custom Conferences, what changes did you make? (Ex. Turning the Big East into a 16 team league): Kansas and Kansas St to Big Ten, Moved Nevada, Fresno, and Hawai'i to MWC, ULM to WAC, SMU and TCU to Big XII

Do you/can you provide a video link showing off the exactly what you’re seeing on your console? Visually seeing this is huge for the developers. I do not have a video link, sorry.

Hopefully you can help us. We put off starting this because of knowing about this issue then we started it because I thought it seemed like it was fixed (from stuff I read around here) only to run into those issues. Its extremely frustrating and makes me lose a lot of faith in this game. I just don't understand how this game is so totally flawed. We had a great time last year with our dynasty despite all the flaws (weeks where your recruiting points dont count, games not counting and the cpu giving results different from the games played.) It just totally sucks. Im not even sure I'll buy this product next year. Sorry for the rant.

This is my 7th year of buying EA Sports NCAA football. I was having a good time with the game, then there is an update, and I think this is for something small which it mostly was. Then I get into my 5 year of offline dynasty and update 2 comes along. I work full time so this game is more or less not my main priority, however, I did pay $60 for this game. After the 2nd update which was 3 weeks ago now I have been unable to run my offense or defense, so I come to this website which I just recently discovered because I cannot play my game. I've never had the problem before. The game was fine mostly so they update it and make it unplayable and to make it worse the last response on this blog was 4 days ago (by Dewiel whom I'm assuming is working for EA Sports) and there was no ETA or update 3! This is completely unsatisfactory business protocol. We should have been all e-mailed with our EA accounts about how and why they game is wrong OR how there is a recall for this product. At the very least as consumers we should be given a discount on NCAA 2013 for the sale of a broken game. If these issues are not fully addressed I am fully prepared to get legal assistance to file a lawsuit for bait and switch or other legal phrasing pertinent.

UPDATE: Title Update #3 addressing the "No Huddle" issue has made it through our own certification and has been sent to Sony & Microsoft.

The team is also still working on the transfer fail issues and tracking down the specific issues based on your feedback. Thanks again for taking the time to provide as much information as possible.

Thank god the ncaa team listens too it's fan unlike some people that make madden 12 omg the game is a piece of garbage if I didn't have a league on that I would take it back to the store.

Wow. I put this game down a week and a half ago to check Madden out, thinking that the third update would do much more than this.

I played the game since release and liked it a lot, despite the flaws. A three-month turnaround on fixing a glitch as fundamental to the game as the transfer bug is simply inexcusable, and it's a little disappointing to hear that other fundamental issues aren't being addressed by the patch.

I know the argument that we're lucky to get patches at all, but I think the case of NCAA 12 was just a terrible and unnecessary debacle because there's such a good foundation in the game. I really hope someone tries to edit a roster to see what happens before they decide to go gold next year, or to sim some seasons in online franchise and see what happens, or to take out or reprogram plays that have been issues in the game for years.

As much as I supported the product early, these issues have left a bad taste in my mouth and will assuredly prevent me from purchasing the game on day one. I'll just keep my fingers crossed that 13 does all the good things 12 does without the warts.

A few other things still busted:

- DB's and LB's are still psychic on pass coverage
- Hard to throw an "in between" touch pass, can only throw a bullet or lob
- CPU chooses to "kick" 90% of the time after winning toss
- Punts always bounce forwards the same way, they never bounce backwards.
- Impossible to block kicks and xps

dude I've blocked 3 punts and 10 extra points plus thats not broken and I have had many punts bounce backward on me.

I get TRANSFER FAILED any time I am in any online dynasty. I can not play even in a brand new online dynasty without getting this error. Game is broken.

I honestly enjoy playing the game. Im in year 4 of a Wake Forest dynasty and love every minute of it. Yes there are some problems with the game that I wish they would fix but there isn't much I can do about it but express my concern. There are so many things that I wish they would incorporate in to the game and even bring back from last gen console NCAAs but it seems like that isn't going to really happen. I do think competition would drive this game to be better but I don't think that will happen either. If they game gets worse than it is than ill stop buying it. This is honestly the only game I buy from EA because their other games have progessively gotten worse every year. Im not ripping on them but just saying that their games arent what they use to be and maybe thats because of management or a change in management that has lead to this lack of quality in a lot of games. Like I said, I enjoy playing this game with the time I have to play it but I do agree that it has some pretty big holes that need to be fixed but that those holes should have never been there in the first place.
