I get TRANSFER FAILED any time I am in any online dynasty. I can not play even in a brand new online dynasty without getting this error. Game mode is broken.

NCAA '12 is not broken

I would be upset if I were in an online dynasty and it wasn't working properly.

Well I have tried everything all the way up to deleting the entire game off my xbox and clearing cache and I still get TRANSFER FAILED every time. Count yourself lucky to not get the TRANSFER FAILED which means OD = OVER message.

I have about had it with the online dynasty. Mine freezes after literally every game. I have to quit out the game and then restart NCAA 12. When I get back in the OD then all my highlights are missing but lucky the scores and stats stick.

Then I have to replay about 6 to 8 games due to after finishing a game, I get "EA servers are down, transfer failed"!

I get so pissed when I have to waste HOURS replaying games due to the fact EA can't get this game to work correctly! Then the other guy in my online dynasty has lost multiple games due to this same thing. He sent me a text message just last night and here is what it said.

"I'm gonna break something. I'm about to never play this ******* bull**** again".

So then I ask him whats wrong?

"I just got the EA servers are down, so this game won't count. I went 35/51 for 441 yards and 5 Tds 0 turnovers. Played the game of my life and then this crap! This is sad"

Now this is a casual player, he does not visit forums like this. But you often hear that it is just people like us that are frustrated with the game. That is not the case!

This happened to me for the 1st time last night. I've never had the game freeze on me. It happened when I was trying to download the highlights. However, last night was the 1st time I've tried to download highlights. I think some highlights get corrupted. I tried downloading 4 highlights and the 1st 3 downloaded properly, but the 4th one just hung there for like 20 minutes. I couldn't cancel, even though there was a "hit X to cancel" message on the screen. I had to quit the game.

Then I go into the dynasty and the story never got uploaded, much less the highlights.

I stopped playing online dynasties 2 years ago because of dropped games. I would have some **** human vs. human games only to have them freeze in the 4th quarter or at the end of the game going into OT or at the final download results screen.

It got to the point I was just simming the games against the AI and then intervening in the 4th quarter if I had to pull one out because I wasn't going to waste hours of my life replaying games.

Its a shame they can't get this and other advertised features to work. They should simplify, make sure everything works and then gradually re-introduce features that work that we used to have on the PS2 8 years ago.

What is sooooo damn frustrating is me and my cousin are having a complete blast with the game. But when the game does not work and FORCES you to do more work which takes away from you enjoying the game. It makes you not want to touch it which is sad.

Only 3 games have made me as frustrated as I have been.

My online dynasty freezes, locks up my whole xbox every time I advance a week now. It freezes right at the point where it says deleting temporary files. I started advancing from the web now to avoid my xbox freezing. Also getting the transfer failed message after some games. I lost a bowl win cause of it. If the patch doesn't fix this then its the end of NCAA for us.

When you advanced, did your game stay saved or did it sim it? How many highlights are you trying to upload? The 1st 3 uploaded fine for me, but the 4th one spazzed out. I'm going to try and upload only 3 next time.

Why can't it always save what it's trying to upload to your local hard drive then give the user the option to upload it if it fails to autoupload?

It doesn't matter if i have 1 highlight or all 5. It always freezes on me

Exact week/spot where you are stuck: We're on the players leaving stage in the off-season, and the transfer fails when the game starts to upload (while I'm advancing) the rosters to be used in Madden (I'm not downloading them, nor do I even get to the part where that is an option)

Date & Approx time of your last transfer failure error (Please try again and provide the info if you don't remember): Right around 12 AM Wednesday morning (9-28-11)

When it is failing? (For example, is it when you're trying to upload a game, a team change, or after advancing a week? If it's advancing a week, can you include whether it is when you're advancing to or from your week. For example, advancing to week 7.): Like I said, it's while advancing the dynasty past the players leaving stage, when it starts to upload the rosters to be downloaded for madden (again, I don't even get to the part where that is an option, and it is not something I ever do)

Any special settings in your dynasty (Custom Playbooks, TeamBuilder,
Coaching Carousel, Custom Conferences): We allow custom playbooks which everyone uses despite those frustrations. We also use the coaching carousel and custom conferences.

If you're using Custom Conferences, what changes did you make? (Ex. Turning the Big East into a 16 team league): We changed the teams that are in the Big 12. There are still 10 teams, but I play as Tulane while my friends are playing as UL Lafayette and UL Monroe. We have also added LSU to our conference (during the last off-season) and the teams we have taken out (and put into the conferences we withdrew our other teams from) are Kansas, Iowa State and Texas Tech. Later we swapped Kansas State with LSU.

I hope to hear from you soon, and hope we can resolve this because we are all huge NCAA fans and have been playing for years, yet this game has been a big headache and a huge turnoff to the franchise.
