Mine has frozen 3 of the last 5 times I have played it, and usually always at the END of a great game!! SO FRUSTRATING. If this is not addressed in a patch, I am going to be severely frustrated, and will not be buying a Madden game again.

Twice,
After making a custom offensive playbook with many formations, it froze in an exhibition
I rebooted, tried again, same thing, froze on my first offensive posession.

mine has froze twice in past 2 days and i had get up and turn it off from the power button on console then i got msg that my ps3 didnt turn off right and to report it to sony its only ever froze with madden not any other games.Comment

Yes, mine does the same. Freezes and I have to restart the whole game. Today it did it while using supersim. So frustrating. I haven't had any problems with any of my other games! Just Madden!!Comment

Mine JUST froze.
Totally locked up, couldn't even quit out. Then it wouldn't start once I rebooted the PS3. I was like "oh crap". It even took a long time to eject the disc. OH CRAP

Mine froze again. It was playing fine, then picked my play and suddenly - frozen. Total lock up again.

My madden has frozen twice on me (but techincally its not a freeze but a blank black screen)... all while i'm about to exit after a frnachise game (both after tuff wins... go figure) but what has really disturbed me is just a couple of mins ago i was in the fourth quarter with my create a team vs cardinals and the game just complete turned off, blank screen and then the ps3 reset itself and went back to the main menu... wtf?Comment
