Won't be any details on the weekend, it's only been 3 business days since the announcement.

I've seen QBs go out injured. I have seen 2 of mine go out in 1 game. The first one was on a scramble, and the second one was from a hit in the pocket. Plus my team has taken out some QBs from other teams.

i'm sure the patch update will be coming very soon, just b/c I traded in Madden12 towards NBA2k12. And that always happens.. right when I get sick of a game, a patch comes out and makes things better. but after seeing everything 2k did with their basketball game, I think it'll keep me busy for a While. They deserve my money this year. You guys have fun w/ Madden. It definitely has potential.

Past performance is the best indicator of future performance.

NCAA took TWO MONTHS to get a patch out. Don't look to Madden to do any better.

              Meh,
Its just gonna be another worthless MANDATORY title update. Just like 90% of all other games. Is it just me or are developers getting lazyer and lazyer with making games there's always a day one patch or a week after a game is released. what ever happen to developer taking there time and FINISH a game.....the key word is FINISH. I find it hard to support developers now in days because there so lazy and thats why i buy mostly used. till these developers shape up and i don't care if i'm hurting them they make enough money from the fanboys and sheepeople of there games that they don't need my money.

sorry for going offtopic but these MANDATORY title updates p**s me off now in days.

I just hope the rain is gone in franchise or the user can pick the weather.

I read a lot about the "rain bug" early on but I think it's overblown, at least for Miami. I saw a lot of rain in September but I'm 8-6 now and my last 5 homes games have been sunny. Is there a team in the game that has 100% rain, 100% of the time?

You're lucky, I've never had a sunny home game in my Dolphins Franchise. Rain every time, and wide receivers that slip off their routes every other pass attempt.

Does that mean rain is random? Is it possible to reload the franchise and see if you get sun the next time? WRs do slip all over the place in the rain which I like but I'm glad I haven't seen much rain once I got into October. I'm on the PS3 so maybe it's a little different.

I'm thinking that our PS3 games have tons less issues. My Weather is really accurate to area and time of the year. I'm also not having any issue with CPU Squads cutting Draft Picks for UFA's...

I'm on PS3, in case people don't catch on...

Unfortunately reloading the Franchise doesn't work. The rain is already predetermined for the week

I think we're seeing the first consequences of Ian's departure.
When Ian was in charge the team really tried to fix issues and released quite a lot of patches (5 last year).
Now we're getting one gameplay patch 2-3 month after the release (I'm expecting it after Thanksgiving).

They don't even release a tuner set which were supposed to allow quick fixes w/o the long waiting time on a patch.

                              - weather
                              - franchise trade logic
                              - franchise draft logic
                              - super leaping lbs
                              - no outside pass rush (maybe its me sticking with 3-4)
                              - superstar progression/achievements/roles
                              - custom playbook page stacking/lack of stacking
                              - custom playbook cant change audibles
                              - UDFAs being kept rather than 1st/2nd/3rd round picks

No question, and a few others from the Madden team left with Cummings whom I credit with taking Madden the furthest in this 'next gen' run. If that team had stayed intact I honestly feel this would have been a much stronger product. Key staff turnover is a killer, and Cummings was gold in my book as the lead designer. And he was VERY high profile and constantly communicating with the fan base.
