| Game Notes | The #1 Missouri Tigers welcome the unranked (26th) Arkansas Razorbacks into the Big XII. The Razorbacks opened Big XII play last week against former SWC opponent Baylor where they were victorious 35-30, but the game exposed that Arkansas has a soft secondary and their blocking is suspect.
The Tigers look to take advantage of the fact Arkansas has a weak secondary with short to mid-range crossing routes, and the Tiger defense will be throwing everything they have at Arkansas QB Brandon Mitchell who will likely be running for his life all day. It's a good thing he is quick.
History is on the Hogs side though, as the entire series between these two teams is 3-2, with no teaming winning two in a row. Missouri won the last meeting 38-7 in the Cotton Bowl in 2008.
