I'm a 3-4 fan, but I like the 46 as well as the more funky fronts like the 1-5-5 and stuff. The so-called "amoeba" type defenses.

I would start with building a 3-4, then work on "secondary" personnel that can work in the others.

Helps rotate personnel, keeping guys fresher, bringing some fresh legs once in a while, etc.
