No, you don't have to buy your seasons again! The way Apple handles it is just a little ... strange.

Just chose the season or bundle (please make sure to chose exactly the items you already bought and that you are logged in with the same Apple ID!) in question on the iPad. You will get the "Confirm Your In-App Purchase" popup. Hit "Buy" and you will get another popup "You've already purchased this. Tap OK to download it again for free". Tap "OK" and your seasons will be available on your iPad.
