I *really* hope the CPU cut logic just wasn't deserving of a bullet point all it's own...

Cutting 1st and 2nd round draft picks in their first preseason to keep 40ovr UDFAs is *RIDICULOUS*.

accelerated clock was not fixed for franchise, generated rookies giantism was not fixed, Good patch but not great.

No fix to the UDFA and imported draft player disproportion. very very very very dissapointed, I'm trading the game in now.

This is the crap i have to deal with if i want imported draft class, by year 4 it's full of these. This is crap

Sounds good to me!

I'm not really too concerned with teams cutting good players, as I don't typically play more than one season anyways. But it would have been nice for those that do (which is probably most of you).

Glad to hear they're improving the fields on PS3 and am curious to see what all audio fixes they make.

I'm pretty happy with the gameplay as it is now. I've tweaked and tweaked my sliders to get a competitive game against the AI. So issues like frequent rain and bad field textures were the only items I really was concerned about in the patch.

Disappointed that there is no fix for the huge shoulder pads included... would seem to be low hanging fruit to me.

This, seems like something so simple.. Must not be anyone who works on madden that tries to pay franchise with imported draft classes.

this was the year of the franchise and they ignore the issues with them. this leads me to believe that they either can't fix it, or they choose to do as many easy fixes rather than fix the big issues.

I personally do not play more then one season of Madden

I play every game on the NFL schedule and follow real life injuries

After playing all games of the 2011-2012 NFL season, that leaves me no time to start a second season which I would not anyway since I would be close to the new Madden by then

I see im not alone with this method.

I call it my way of playing football / role playing. I play on the same schedule as the NFL and NCAA. If i want to play more games in my frnachise or dynasty I will play more games out of that week.

This method allows for me to play other games. Plus I feel I get the most time out of a game.

MLB the show and NBA2k last me for months

I wish they would of increased the CPU logic for cutting players. I'm tired of seeing rookie MLBs in the FA.

They waited too long to put out a patch if they aren't going to address UDFA's, imported classes, and a few other issues.

This would have been a great patch if this were September, but it's October now meaning this patch isn't really in our hands until practically November. I'm pretty much moving onto NBA 2K12 until Patch #3 or a tuner set gets released. At least by then I'll have a better idea of the 2012 draft class to import, but I wish I didn't waste so much time on this game trying to put lipstick on a pig.

Also, it's become very clear where the priorities are for this team. Madden Ultimate Team has consistently gotten more attention than Franchise mode after release and I'm sure that's part of the reason for disappointment among us hardcore Madden gamers.

Yes I have been doing this for the last 4 years

I start my season around week 6-7 of real life NFL

I play each each week of the NFL schedule weeks 1-17

I use the better team to try and get the best teams into the playoffs.

The only team I always use every week is my Giants because they are my team

I usually end up with the good teams in the playoffs but some times an average team gets in because it beats me a lot

I usually end my super bowl game around June...That leaves me with a month before NCAA and 2 before Madden 13

exactly, it isn't worth playing at this time. we can only hope these issues get resolved. otherwise it would have been a waste of money.
