Can I create these teams and then load and add them to my offline franchise?

Reason I ask is because I want to start a dynasty and pretty much dismantle the Big East but I would like to fill them with say a Villanova, ect. I don't want the Big East to only have 4 schools and thought I'd try it through teambuilder.
