So I FINALLY got a video to upload to YT.

Problem is, the video came out messed up, which I think is because I didn't mess with the camera junk right in Instant Replay.

This whole uploading bit seems very hit or miss.

Edit: I finally got another video to upload, after a MILLION TRIES V_V

I tried for a while but it got frustrating. what would be real cool is if they allowed you to save your post game highlight packages or at least the "Player of the Game" video package.

Does anyone know how to upload videos to youtube?

I have a bunch of replays I'd like to upload, but I have no idea how to upload them.

Do you need to have a hard drive in order to upload videos? Whenever I go to my list of replays, I press start and nothing happens.

I have my My2K account connected to YouTube and Facebook.

How do you link your youtube account? Or is it already linked if it's the same e-mail I used to register on 2K12? How does it work?

I have had a lot of success with YouTube uploads on the 360. My 10 easy steps to making this whole thing work has been:

              1. Complete an awesome play (or have one completed against me)

              2. Go to the instant replay

              3. Save the instant replay as is

              4. Finish my game

              5. Go to Features

              6. Select "Reelmaker"

              7. Choose the saved replay

              8. Edit my video

              9. Select "Share" in the bottom right corner or Reelmaker (or "Upload/Save", I can't recall which)

              10. Wait for upload to complete, then another 5-10 minutes for it to arrive on YouTube

              Presto:

              <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/QuxQdOpCLq8" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

I think it's important to keep in mind that the online experience seems to be all over the place for consumers so far. It seems some things are working flawlessly while others not at all. So if you follow all the steps or you know you're doing everything correct and it's still not working, I don't think it's your fault.

Anyway, is Detlef Shcrempf playing the imaginary flute up there?

Hahahahahaha! It's either the flute or he's eating an extremely hot imaginary sub.

I'm gonna try going through Reelmaker and try that way. I've got some good replays of little things in game that I'd like to share with people.

Like Kobe apparently mouthing off to Wade after Wade dunked on Gasol and walked to the free throw line for his shot.

                  I'm not sure.

But with mine, my email account is linked to YouTube so when I put in my email address for My2K, my assumption is that it would automatically be linked to YouTube also.

When i logged in through the link provided by one of the 2k DEVs to the NBA 2ksports.com website, it prompted me to link my accounts right there. None of it has worked yet so i'll have to try what the poster above listed.

                        Lol, the imagination never sleeps.

But I tried going through Reelmaker and clicking on Save/Share, but it takes me straight to the screen to save the Reel. After I save it, do I press 'A'? Because once on that screen, I'm pretty much stuck.

And it wasn't until I started typing this that I realized that I hadn't tried pressing 'A' to select the replay. Go figure.

After I'm finished editing my reel, I go to the Save/Share button just like you did. From there, if my account is linked to Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube, there should be three options that pop up when I click Save/Share: Save Reel, Share Reel, and Cancel. From there we would select "Share Reel". It'll then ask for a title and description while it loads the clip.

If the "Share Reel" option is not showing up, it could be that you're not linked to YouTube or it could be a connectivity problem on 2K's end.
