I think these are pretty much a "final" set...

I changed the stamina and fatigue settings back to the original settings (Super Star and All Star are now both the same). Was seeing some CRAZY and way off fatigue rates for both sides (user players were dead tired but cpu was not - in some ways I'm not really sure how these two settings work as the logic I was using must have not been close).

CPU blocking set at 56 and User blocking at 44.
