Me and my opponent in my dynasty just finished our game. I won so I'm trying to wait it out but, it appears its never gonna go through correct. Curious if any of you have waited it out and tried later with success? Thanks

Dude, I played an online dynasty game once late at night and the same thing happened to me. I tried it like ten times and decided to leave it on and wait it out before going to work the next morning. That was just over five hours and it still didn't work. Sorry, but it seems that you may have to do it over unless your opponent got his to go through. Message him to see if his transferred. -

Patch #4 is supposed to address this. EA also said that it is partially a server issue also and they are still working on it. Sounds like they are getting close.
