I'm the kind of guy who likes to be realistic and I like to pay players who perform. The top paid CBs right now are Asomugh and Dunta Robinson with $60 million contracts and $24/$25 in guaranteed money. DRC is probably one of the best cover corners on the best defense in my franchise. He allows my defense linemen to get coverage sacks and my team is #1 in overall defense and #1 in pass defense two seasons in a row. He's only 26 years old and can be a cornerstone on the league's premier defensive team. I'm thinking of making him the highest paid CB in the game with maybe a $65 million contract over 7 years. What do you guys think?

How much should I pay DRC?
In my franchise, Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie is playing great football. He has consistently held the opposing team's #1 WR to under 80 receiving yards, with the exception of Mike Williams (Tampa Bay) who put up over 100 yards both times I played them. He doesn't have a lot of INTs (he only has 3), but he is playing like a shut-down corner. Then, in the Wild Card playoff game, he won me the game by returning an INT for a touchdown right before my opponent was about to get into game-winning field goal range. In the Divisional Playoff game, he made a pick that pretty much turned the tide of the game. I haven't played my Conference Championship game yet, but I was planning on resigning him before the offseason since my nickelback is getting paid more than him.

Re: How much should I pay DRC?
I say sign him and trade him along with a second round pick to the Cardinals for Kolb. That trade never should've happened in real life. Kolb has been awful.Comment

Um... yeah that sounds logical and realistic, the Eagles trading back a corner that has become their #1 CB and won several key games for them for a backup QB they don't need. You gotta have Hope! (My Minnesota Vikings franchise)
After an incredible 2012 season ends with a Super Bowl win, Hope Turner and her Vikings are trying to prove that their performance was more than just a one-shot.Comment
