I know that not a ton of people like coach mode but for the people that are at least interested in playing coach mode here are some sliders that I sort of made.
I say sort of because they are based off of sliders by people playing on an online legacy (off of 2kshare).
The sliders may look ridiculousy biased towards the cpu BUT coach mode in general is heavily biased toward the user. If any of you followed my UC Davis legacy you saw that I absolutely dominated my conference once I made my switch to coach mode because the sliders were not geared towards the cpu.
The sliders are meant to make realistic statistics in a game.
There are still a couple things I'm trying to tweak (mainly lower the shooting % for both teams, rebounding, and the right amount of shot attempts) but other than that I really like these sliders.
And lastly in order to have realistic statistic and actual basketball gameplay, your coach settings (tempo, crash boards, etc) have to be set fairly low. I remember there being a thread that had set tempos and defensive pressures for each team (i.e. Vandy had 20 tempo and 10 defensive pressure). The fast break rating should be somewhere around 30 and you'll have tweak that to your team preference and crash board needs to be somewhere around 15 because if the crash board rating is around 60ish you will have way too many offensive rebounds.
Using your own created playbooks are encouraged.

When playing in coach mode with these sliders you have to actually pay attention. If you are not actually "coaching" during the game, you might just want to do cpu vs cpu.
